Now, for some reason I guess that "American Airlines Desk" has something to do with Airlines and planes, you know, but i'm not sure at all.

OBVIOUSLY if his question is in broken English, then his English skills aren't advanced enough to deduce the meaning of such an obscure word as 'desk'.
